Hi, I'm Brooklyn! I'm 25, living in Seattle, and working as an iOS app developer at my own company. Code has followed me throughout my entire life. I was only 7 when my dad first taught me HTML. However, I really fell in love with it during the 2012 tumblr era when I started coding my own themes. Building little worlds out of HTML and CSS is what made me fall in love with programming in the first place. This site is where I keep those skills sharp and let my creativity run wild through my favorite medium.
I also love writing. I run a blog called Offline Crush where I write about whimsical tech, digital nostalgia, and the quiet magic of the old internet. I also write creative fiction and poetry in my free time…but those live only on this site. All of my writing comes from this digital tavern I've built up in my mind. Here's where I worldbuild for it.
